It also covers methods for controlling the direction of questioning and maintaining command during cross-examination to achieve desired legal outcomes.

    MODULE 3 – MASTERING THE ART OF IMPEACHMENT

    This module covers the techniques used to challenge and discredit witness testimony, various methods of impeachment, including identifying inconsistencies and contradictions, different types of impeachment evidence, and strategies for cross-examining expert witnesses. Additionally, it focuses on effectively challenging opposing counsel’s expert testimony to weaken their case.
