Issuing medical certificates is an integral responsibility of a medical professional. When it is casually issued, it leads to its misuse or can even be considered a false certificate. The International Association of Scientists and Researchers and SIFS India are organizing a pre-conference workshop whose primary focus is on various ethical and legal issues forensic pathologists face in their every-day professional lives. The speakers will provide an overview of legal and ethical forensic-related issues arising frequently in medical care, including the most recent issues arising from scientific and technological advances. They will also focus on what happens if it violates medical ethics and the associated punishment, including the cancellation of one's license to practice medicine.

    In this workshop, the speakers will discuss the legal issues associated with medical care, how offending medical ethics can lead to serious punishment, and what a medical certificate is and how it can be misused.
