B.Lal is the senior most (retired) Government of India Handwriting Expert and have been in this field for the past over 50 years. He has done M.Sc.(Chemistry) from Agra University in 1956. He has served as a Additional Director in National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Rohini. He has received the Life time achievement award in Forensic Sciences from Indian Science Congress in Pune in 2000. In 1973 and 1987, he went to UK, USA, Switzerland and West Germany for advanced training in forensic documents and have examined cases and projects of national and international importance as referred by the CBI.

R. Chandra has done his M.Sc.(Chemistry) from Agra University in 1985. He has been a ‘Chemist & Metallurgical Asst’ in DCW, Indian Railways, Patiala. He has joined the laboratory of Government Examiner of Questioned Document in Bureau of Police Research & Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and served by examining and giving opinion of various technical and renowned cases. In 2007, he joined as ‘Government Examiner of Questioned Document’ in MHA, Govt. of India.
