Dr. Jeyadeepa R is a highly accomplished professional in the field of nursing and healthcare. Her academic journey is marked by excellence, having earned M.Sc Nursing from Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences in Coimbatore. She furthered her academic pursuits by completing a Ph.D. in Nursing from Saveetha University in Chennai. Her commitment to holistic healthcare administration is evident in her educational background, which also includes an MBA in Hospital Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM) from Annamalai University in Chidambaram. She has also enriched her knowledge through a program in Health Research Fundamentals by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). She is currently guiding three Ph.D. scholars at Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth Deemed University in Puducherry. Her influence extends internationally, as she serves as a Ph.D. guide at Lincoln University in Malaysia and The West Bengal University of Health Sciences in Kolkata. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in organizing numerous state and national level conferences, workshops, webinars, and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs, often assuming the role of chairperson. With an impressive 21 years of educational experience, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her contributions to the field extend beyond the classroom. She has authored a significant text book, "Basics of Critical Care Nursing," which has been accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). She is a life member of the prestigious Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nurse Leaders, based in the United States. Her involvement is reflected in her accumulation of 33.3 Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits through Sigma. She has also actively participated in the International Nursing Research Congress hosted by Sigma and serves as a facilitator for the Nursing Research Community within the organization. Her dedication to the nursing profession is further evident in her membership in the International Network for Doctoral Education in Nursing and life membership in the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), along with 12 other esteemed nursing associations. Her expertise as a resource person is widely recognized, as she has been a key figure in various national-level conferences. Her commitment to advancing nursing and healthcare research is reflected in her roles as an editorial member in eight nursing journals and her impressive portfolio of over 20+ publications in both national and international journals.
