Divya Dubey

Ms Divya Dubey is pursuing a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology from Amity University, Lucknow Campus, India, and is former adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Amity University, Dubai. She is a licensed expert for LVA 6.50, a forensic investigation tool used to detect deception and risk after analyzing the voice and emotional profile of the suspect. She holds a Master's in Psychology (with a specialization in Industrial and Clinical Psychology) from Lucknow University and a one-year postgraduate diploma in Forensic Psychology from NFSU, Gujarat. She also did criminal profiling in Alaska, USA, and received a one-year postgraduate diploma in cyber security from Amity University, Dubai. She worked as a consultant in the Risk, Threat, and Response Department at Spire Solutions, Dubai and as an executive director at A to Z Consultancy in Dubai.  Her research interest lies in correctional work and rehabilitation programs that are going on inside prisons and detention centers. She is also interested in knowing why humans deviate from their behavior and commit crimes, sometimes heinous ones.
