Dr. Oshin Hegde

Dr. Oshin Hegde is a double postgraduate in the field of oral medicine radiology and forensic odontology. Her expertise lies in medical jurisprudence, serology, anthropology, oral radiology, and many more. She has conducted undergraduate lectures as well clinical guidance for her graduate students. She is keenly exploring her knowledge in the field of forensic odontology. She has completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery A. B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2012 and Master of Dental Surgery from A. J. Institute of Dental Sciences Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2017. To explore the field of Forensic Science she has opted to pursue a second Post-graduation degree in Forensic Odontology from the Institute of Forensics, Allied Health & Criminology Shri JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan which has been completed in 2020. She has also been attending various conferences and conventions to explore her knowledge more in the field. She has also been the organizing member of the 26th IAOMR National PG Conference, Mangalore and the International Conference on Emerging Disciples in Forensic Science, Forensic Odontology, Psychology DNA Forensics. Apart from the above, she has also published various papers and research articles in renowned journals. Currently, she is working as associate with SIFS India.
