During this training, you will gain access to several quizzes, live discussions, and hands-on exercises, along with theory. You will be equipped with skills to examine and analyze evidence at a microscopic level, including different types of trace evidence like hairs, fibers, gunshot residues, and other microscopic particles found at crime scenes.

You will learn how to identify unique characteristics of different materials and establish a connection between evidence and potential sources. For example, microscopic examination of hair reveals its color, structure, and other features to determine if a match exists between samples found at a crime scene and those associated with a suspect or a particular location.

After successfully completing this training, you will receive an industry-recognized certificate, which signifies your expertise in providing valuable assistance in solving cases where trace evidence plays a crucial role in identifying the suspect.
